William H. Radford Landscape Contractors owns the 212 acre Eastern Sod Farms in Maryland. Turf specialists professionally manage the entire property. Everything is carefully controlled during the once a year growing cycle.

Irrigation provides water at just the right time, in just the right amounts. Weeds aren’t permitted a foothold so the installed product is entirely weed free. Our grass is a mix of 90% fescue and 10% Kentucky Blue grass.
